Our steel pipe is manufactured in Tianjin China by Tianjin Xinyue Steel Group.
The mill has a team of 450 employees, including 67 senior engineers and technicians, running 6 double submerged arc spiral welding production lines and reaching a production capacity of 450,000 tons.
Each production line has introduced a Lincoln welder from USA and installed a full set of online testing equipment. The equipment includes X-ray industrial TV, ultrasonic testing and hydrostatic pressure testing, amongst other advanced testing facilities. This enables Xinyue to produce SSAW steel pipes ranging from diameters 219.1 - 3048mm, with wall thickness between 5-25.4mm. The length of a single joint can be up to 70m and the top level of production is X80.
Our facility is run in strict accordance with SIO9001:2000 quality management system and monitored by the American Petroleum Institute with APL 5L PSL/PSL2 accreditation.
We have the highest quality controls in place, overseeing the details, from pre-purchase inspection on raw materials, through to after sales service.
We have many options for coatings, including being externally coated with HDPE, to produce a pipe that possesses the benefits of both steel and HDPE.
